Hadieh Elias, P.E. - President

Ms. Elias founded ESE Consulting Engineers now a recognized structural engineering firm in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1988. ESE has worked on major projects nationally such as US Drug Enforcement Agency Laboratories in California, Florida, Virginia, Texas, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico, and on international seismic projects such as the Murrin Substation for B.C. Hydro in Vancouver, Canada.

Hadieh Elias started ESE Consulting Engineers as an innovative professional service firm to provide creative and cost effective structural solutions for architects and clients in the building and transportation industries.

Ms. Elias has over twenty-six years extensive experience in California encompassing structural design of commercial and institutional buildings ranging in construction cost to $90 million dollars. Hadieh is a member of the Structural Engineers Association of California (SEAOC), the Seismology Committee of SEAONC, the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), and the American Concrete Institute (ACI).

Ms. Elias received a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1976, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1978. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas, California, and British Columbia, Canada.
